1 (18 1/4 oz.) package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 1/3 cups mashed bananas (3 or 4)
1 (3 1/2 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Recipe



Put all ingredients in mixing bowl of electric mixer. Blend until well mixed. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven one hour or until done. (Toothpick inserted in center will come out clean.) Cool 15-30 minutes in tube pan. Remove and dust with powdered sugar. Store in cake server.
