    When grating the chocolate, it's easiest to do it in a food processor, so the warmth of your hands doesn't melt the chocolate while you grate it!

    List of Ingredients




    24 large marshmallows
    2 squares bitter unsweetened chocolate, grated coarse
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup milk
    1 graham cracker pie crust

    Recipe



    Melt marshmallows in milk in saucepan over low heat; set aside and cool about 30 minutes. Whip the cream and add marmallow mixture, vanilla, and chocolate. Fold into crust. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, before serving.
