    (Unnamed Author's note - We used a half bag of the mini morsels in the cake batter for ease in slice once baked. Sprinkle leftover morsels on ice cream or peanut butter sandwiches, or stir into vanilla or coffee-flavored yogurt)

    List of Ingredients




    1 (18.25 oz) package white cake mix with pudding
    1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup water
    4 large eggs
    1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
    1 cup (6 oz) Semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
    Chocolate Glaze

    Recipe



    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl, sirring with a whisk to remove large lumps. Add oil and next 3 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Stir in choclate morsels. Pour batter into a greased and floured 12-cup bundt pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a long wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool cake in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool completely on wire rack. Spread with chocolate glaze.

    Chocolate Glaze

    Makes 1 1/2 cups
    Prep: 10 min., cook: 5 min.

    1 cup (6 oz) Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    3 tbsp butter
    1/4 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

    Whisk together the first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over low heat, and cook, whisking constantly 5 minutes or until butter and chocolate melt. Remove pan from heat;whisk in powdered sugar until smooth and of spreading consistency.
