1 (32 OZ) jar sauerkraut, drained
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1� cups sour cream
� teaspoon garlic powder
4 (2.5 oz) packages thinly sliced corned beef, cut into thin strips
2� cups (10 oz) shredded Swiss Cheese
8 slices Rye bread
2 Tablespoons butter, meltedRecipe
Preheat oven to 350�. Press sauerkraut between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Combine sauerkraut, onion, sour cream and garlic powder and mix well. Poon misture into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle corned beef evenly over the sauerkraut mixture and top with the cheese.
Remove crusts from bread. Cut each slice in half, diagonally. Arrange bread triangles over cheese. Completely covering the top of the casserole. Brush with melted butter.
Bake at 350� for 35 minutes, or until the bread is lightly browned.
