    1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons uncooked old fashioned oats, divided
    1/2 Cup chopped nuts, divided
    1/3 Cup + 3 Tablespoons brown sugar, divided and packed
    5 Tablespoons butter, divided
    16 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/3 Cup granulated sugar
    1/4 Cup unbleached all purpose flour
    2 large eggs
    1/2 Cup sour cream
    3 Tablespoons rum
    1/3 Cup raisins

    Recipe



    Combine 1 Cup oats, 1/4 Cup nuts, 3 Tablespoons brown sugar, and 3 Tablespoons melted butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350° F. for 15 minutes.

    Combine cream cheese, granulated sugar and 2 Tablespoons of the flour mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time mixing well after each addition. Blend in rum and sour cream, mix well. Pour over crust. Cut remaining butter into combined remaining flour and brown sugar until mixture resembles course crumbs. Stir in remaining nuts, raisins and remaining oats. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake a 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim of pan.
