    1 pt shucked oysters
    ¼ c soy sauce
    water a few drops
    kitchen bouquet (optional)

    Recipe



    Drain oysters, reserving liquid. Add enough water to reserved liquid to measure 1 cup. In saucepan combine oysters, liquid, soy sauce and kitchen bouquet, if desired. Cook, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes
    or until oysters curl. Cool. Pour half mixture into blender container. Cover and blend until smooth; remove from blender. Repeat with remaining mixture. Pour sauce in jar with a screw-top lid. Store, covered, in refrigerator (keeps for several weeks). Makes 2-1/3 c.
