    1 pkg. Grand biscuits, divided into 16 pieces
    (that's each biscuit cut in half, horizontally, so it makes two biscuits)
    3 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    ½ cup Splenda
    4 small eggs (or 3 large) beaten
    ½ teaspoon pure lemon extract
    2 Tablespoons melted butter
    2 Tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs

    Pre-heat oven to 350°.
    Take half to the biscuits, cut in half, horizontally and spread them out in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray.

    Beat the cream cheese until whipped, add Splenda, eggs, lemon extract. Pour over the biscuits in pan. Take remaining biscuits, cut in half, horizontally, and flatten them out, and place them over the cream cheese mixture (they will not cover the entire top, but you don't want them to). Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter. Sprinkle entire top (where the biscuits are AND aren't!) with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan. Once removed from pan, chill and serve.
