� TEASPOON NUTMEG
� TEASPOON SALT
� TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER

BAKE PASTRY 5 MINUTES AT 450�F.
COOK BACON UNTIL CRISP. REMOVE ALL BUT 1 TABLESPOON OF FAT.
SAUT� SCALLIONS IN FAT UNTIL TENDER BUT NOT BROWN.
CRUMBLE BACON AND SPRINKLE OVER PIE SHELL. SPRINKLE SCALLIONS AND CHEESES OVER BACON.
COMBINE REST AND STRAIN OVER CHEESE MIXTURE.
BAKE 15 MINUTES AT 450�F. REDUCE TO 350�F AND BAKE UNTIL A KNIFE INSERTED ONE INCH FROM PASTRY EDGE COMES OUT CLEAN � ABOUT 10 MINUTES. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
