BRING FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS TO A BOIL OVER HIGH HEAT.
ADD POTSTICKERS AND SIMMER, UNCOVERED, UNTIL HOT IN CENTER – 6 TO 8 MINUTES.
ADD SCALLIONS.
SERVE IN BOWLS AND LET PEOPLE ADD SESAME OIL TO TASTE.
