    4-6 deboned and skinned chicken breast halves
    1 (3 oz.) package lemon gelatin
    3 Tablespoons prepared mustard
    3 Tablespoons melted margarine
    2 teaspoons garlic salt
    1/4 cup almond slices

    Recipe



    Combine dry gelatin, salt, margarine, and mustard. Mix well, spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Place chicken breasts in mixture, turning to coat both sides. Cover dish and place in a 350° oven. After 15 minutes, turn chicken, baste and sprinkle with almond slices. Cover again and continue baking 15 minutes. Uncover, baste, and bake another 15 minutes or until done
