    KOREAN PORK RIBS

    1 cup chopped scallions
    1 cup soy sauce
    ¼ cup sugar
    2 Tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
    2 Tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
    8 medium cloves of garlic, chopped
    2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
    8 lbs pork ribs

    Recipe



    Heat Grill

    In a blender, combine all ingredients EXCEPT for ribs. Blend until smooth.

    Score between ribs with a sharp knife. Brush with sauce, reserving the remaining sauce.

    Place ribs on Gas grill over medium-low heat. Cook for 1-1¼ hours, or until tender, brushing with sauce every 15 minutes. Slice before serving.

    Makes 8-12 servings.
