3 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED ONION
2 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
1 LB SHRIMP, PEELED
l½ TABLESPOONS FLOUR
3/4 CUP BOTTLED CLAM JUICE
3/4 CUP WATER
l/4 CUP CHOPPED CILANTRO
2 TABLESPOONS DRY SHERRY

HEAT OIL. ADD ONION, GARLIC AND SHRIMP. REMOVE SHRIMP AFTER THEY TURN PINK.
ADD FLOUR TO THE SKILLET. WHISK IN WITH LIQUIDS.
SIMMER ABOUT 6 MINUTES.
ADD SHRIMP AND PARSLEY AND COOK ANOTHER 3 MINUTES.
