    1 lb. Lobster meat
    2 Tablespoons flour
    2 Tablespoons butter
    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    ¼ cup sherry
    1 cup cream
    2 egg yolks
    paprika to taste

    Recipe



    In a large frying pan, sauté lobster in melted butter.

    In a double boiler, whip up egg yolks. Mix together cream and flour, until smooth. Add to egg yolks. Cook until it starts to thicken. Add everything else, adding the lobster last.
