FLOUR
8 TABLESPOONS OIL
8 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
4 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE
4 TABLESPOONS WHITE WINE
1½ TEASPOONS FRESH GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
1 PINT WHIPPING CREAM
2 TEASPOONS CHOPPED PARSLEY OR CORIANDER
Recipe
PEEL AND DEVEIN SHRIMP. DREDGE SHRIMP IN FLOUR.
HEAT OIL AND PLACE SHRIMP IN HOT SKILLET.
WHEN SHRIMP ARE GOLDEN BROWN, DRAIN AND ADD BUTTER, LEMON JUICE, WINE, GARLIC AND WHIPPING CREAM.
COOK OVER FLAME UNTIL LIQUID REDUCES TO A THICK SAUCE.
PLACE SHRIMP ON INDIVIDUAL PLATES AND SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY.
