    GLUTEN-FREE "CREAM OF" SOUP MIX

    2 cups of dry milk
    1¼ cups gluten-free cornstarch
    ¼ cup chicken bouillon powder
    2 Tablespoons dried onion flakes
    ½ teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon thyme (optional)
    1 teaspoon basil (optional)

    Recipe



    Mix everything together well, and store in an airtight container. Add 1/3 cup mix to 1¼ cups water to make to the consistency needed for a casserole. To make into a soup, add twice as much water.

    If you want to make this "Cream of Mushroom", add sautéed mushrooms when fixing it.

    If you want to make it "Cream of Celery", add cooked celery.
