2 cups of dry milk
1� cups gluten-free cornstarch
� cup chicken bouillon powder
2 Tablespoons dried onion flakes
� teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme (optional)
1 teaspoon basil (optional)
Recipe
Mix everything together well, and store in an airtight container. Add 1/3 cup mix to 1� cups water to make to the consistency needed for a casserole. To make into a soup, add twice as much water.
If you want to make this "Cream of Mushroom", add saut�ed mushrooms when fixing it.
If you want to make it "Cream of Celery", add cooked celery.
