    GLUTEN-FREE HOT CHICKEN SALAD

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup diced celery
    2 cups diced cooked chicken
    1 cup sliced water chestnuts
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp gragrated onion
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup crushed potato chips
    1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese


    Recipe

    Mix the first 9 incredients; place in buttered
    casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips and cheddar
    cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
