    POPPY SEED DRESSING

    Just remember, when eating foods that contain poppy seeds, you will test POSTIVE for drugs, if you are given a drug test...as opium comes from poppies!!!

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk

    1/2 cup nonfat sour cream

    2 Tablespoons honey

    1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    1/2 Tablespoons poppy seeds, toasted


    Recipe

    In a small bowl, whisk buttermilk, sour cream, honey, lemon juice and poppy seeds until smooth. (The dressing can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.)

    Makes about 1 cup.

    SERVING SIZE: 1 Tablespoon

    PER SERVING: 20 Calories, 1 g Protein, 1 g Fat, 0.1 mg Saturated Fat, 20 mg Sodium, 1 mg Cholesterol, 0 g Dietary Fiber, 3 g Carbohydrate
