    List of Ingredients




    8 cups squash, thinly sliced
    2 cups sliced onions
    3 bell peppers, sliced thin
    Salt
    2 1/2 cups sugar
    2 cups vinegar
    2 teaspoons mustard seed
    2 teaspoons celery seed
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

    Recipe



    Layer squash, onions and pepper. Sprinkle generously with salt and let set for one hour. Drain. Heat
    other ingredients to a boil and pour over vegetables. Spoon into jars and let cool. Chill at least 24 hours before
    serving.
