ITALIAN SCALLOPED POTATOES

4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings, crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
In a greased 11/2 quart casserole dish, arrange half the potatoes and half the onion. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella and then half the Parmesan. Repeat layers, ending with Parmesan. In a small bowl mix the soup, milk, Italian seasoning and garlic. Spoon over potato mixture in casserole. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Take off foil, and bake uncovered 10 minutes more. Dish is done when potatoes are fork tender.
