1 (3 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 Tablespoons (any brand) bottled diet Italian Salad DressingRecipe
Marinate chicken in dressing, overnight, in the refrigerator. Bake in a covered casserole at 350� for one hour. No additional seasonings will be necessary, and the chicken will be tender and juicy.
Notes: The original recipe says to marinate the chicken in the covered casserole dish. When I marinate chicken, I like to put them and the marinade, in a zipper closed plastic bag. That way, every time I open the refrigerator, to get something else out, I can just turn over the bag, so that the chicken marinates on both sides!
