SAUCE:
� Cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons honey mustard
1 Tablespoon condensed milk
GARNISH:
cup shredded coconut (or as desired)
� cup pineapple, as desired
� carrot, thinly sliced
chicken breasts
egg whites
breadcrumbsRecipe
Stir together all sauce ingredients. Set aside
Dip chicken breasts in egg whites then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry until cooked. Slice into strips.
Mix together ingredients for Hawaiian sauce. Pour sauce over cooked chicken breast strips.
Sprinkle generously with coconut shreds. Garnish with pineapple and carrots.
