2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
� cup vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper
� teaspoon ground black pepper
� teaspoon garlic salt
1 sliced onion
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts, quarteredRecipe
Wash chicken. Mix flour, salt, ground pepper and garlic together. Coat Chicken with the mixture, and brown in oil. Drain. Top Chicken with pepper and onion slices. Top with sauce. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Serve with spaghetti
