    6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    10 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes
    1 cup milk
    1 Bag Doritos

    Recipe



    Boil Chicken. Cool. Debone, and chop up chicken.

    Combine milk, Velveeta, soup and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Add meat, turn down to medium heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring often.

    Put a layer of Doritos in a 9X13 casserole dish. Top with a layer of the meat mixture. Add another layer of chips, another layer of meat, and end with a layer of chips on the top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
