3 Tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 green pepper chopped, seeded
1 cup (250 ml) long grain rice
2 cups (500 ml) chicken broth
1 teaspoon (5 ml) Italian seasoning
Recipe
Chop onion. Saut� garlic, onion and green pepper in oil until transparent. Add rice and brown until lightly browned. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to pan. Cover and cook 20-25 minutes.
