Left over cooked ham, ground
Hard cooked eggs, ground
Sweet gherkin pickles, ground
Mayonnaise
Recipe
I grind the ham, first, in the bowl of my food processor, fitted with the steel blade. Then transfer it to a large bowl. I grind up enough eggs to equal about � the amount of the ground ham. Add that to the ham. Then I grind about 6 to 10 pickles, depending on their size, and add that to the ham and egg. Use just enough mayonnaise to get everything to stick together (to make a spread). This is good for sandwiches or on crackers. We've even used to it make �mini-subs� or �finger sandwiches� for parties.�
