1 (6 serving size) box of instant pudding
2 cups cold milk
½ of an 8 oz. container of Cool Whip
Recipe
Combine the pudding with the milk, until well mixed, (no need to let it completely set up). Fold in the Cool Whip. Spoon into popsycle molds and freeze.
Notes: To reduce sugar, it's fine to substitute sugar free instant pudding, milk that is lower in fat content, and sugar free and/or fat free Cool Whip.
