    SAUSAGE ASPARAGUS SOUP

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb roll mild pork sausage, cooked, broken apart
    1 stick butter
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 lb. asparagus, chopped
    3 carrots, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup milk

    Recipe



    Melt butter, sauté garlic, and combine with cooked sausage in a large soup pot. In a smaller pot, combine asparagus & carrots, add just enough water to cover, and bring to a rolling boil. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain vegetables, and add to sausage mixture. Add mushroom soup and milk. Let simmer to allow flavors to meld.
