    1 finely chopped onion
    2-3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 stick butter
    4-5 cups bread cubes
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    Milk to moisten

    Recipe




    Sauté onion and celery in the butter until softened. Add bread, sage and poultry seasoning. Stir in milk until well moistened. Enough for an 8 to 10-pound turkey. Or it can be baked in a grease casserole dish at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
