    1 finely chopped onion
    2-3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 stick butter
    4-5 cups bread cubes
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    Milk to moisten

    Recipe




    Saut� onion and celery in the butter until softened. Add bread, sage and poultry seasoning. Stir in milk until well moistened. Enough for an 8 to 10-pound turkey. Or it can be baked in a grease casserole dish at 350� for 35-40 minutes.
