3 cup shredded cabbage
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
Recipe
Combine the vegetables and salts and toss lightly. Place in a skillet with water and butter. Cover and let steam 10-12 minutes, stirring lightly twice during cooking time. Mixture will be slightly crisp and still green. Can vary time according to how crisp or tender you desire vegetables. Yield: 6-8 servings.
