1� teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon instant minced garlic
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
� teaspoon pepper


Recipe



Combine all ingredients until evenly distributed. Store mixture in a glass jar. Use within 6 months.

TO MAKE DRESSING

1 recipe dressing mix
� cup vegetable oil
� cup lemon juice
3-4 chopped anchovy filets (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Shake well. Chill before serving. Makes about 3/4 cups of dressing.
