    Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c sugar
    • 3/4 c oil
    • 3/4 c water
    • 1 chocolate or yellow cake mix
    • 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
    • 4 eggs
    • 8 oz sour cream
    • 6 oz (1 cup) chocolate chips.
    • GLAZE:
    • 3 T cocoa
    • 3 T margarine
    • 1 1/2 c sifted powdered sugar
    • 1 t vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients for cake in order. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 325 for 50 to 60 mintues. Frost with chocolate glaze.
    2. GLAZE: melt margarine and cocoa on low heat. Remove from heat. Add sugar. Blend in 1 to 3 T boiling water as needed for spreading consistency.
