    1 1/2 c ham, extra lean
    2 c flour
    1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp red pepper
    1 c skim milk

    Recipe



    Coat a med. sized nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over med-high heat until hot. Add ham and saute 3 mins. Combine ham, flour, cheese, baking powder and red pepper in a bowl. Add milk and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.

    Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto a baking sheet which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 400*F for 22 mins.
