    Fudgy Chocolate Chip Pancakes

    9 servings(1 pancake, 1 TBS fudge topping, 1 TBS whipped topping, 1 TBS raspberries)

    List of Ingredients




    1 c all purpose flour
    1/4 c cocoa
    2 TBS sugar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 c low-fat buttermilk
    1 TBS vegetable oil
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1/3 c semisweet chocolate chips
    cooking spray
    9 TBS fat-free hot fudge topping
    9 TBS frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
    9 TBS fresh raspbarries

    Recipe



    Combine flour, cocoa, and next 4 ingredients into a large bowl; stir with a whisk. Combine buttermilk, oil and egg. Add to flour mixture, stirring until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon 1/4 c batter for each pancake onto med non-stick pan coated with cooking spray. (chocolate will burn if pan is too hot) Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Microwave hot fudge topping according to pkg directions. Cut each pancakes in half, and top with fudge topping, whipped topping and raspberries.
