    Ham and Cheese Potato Bake

    Recipe Introduction

    8 servings (1 cup each) 5 points per serving

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2c skim milk
    1/4c flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    8 c frozen potatoes O'Brien with onions and pepper-from two 24oz. pkgs. thawed, patted dry with paper towels
    1 1/2c chopped 97%FF cooked ham (about 8oz)
    1 c nonfat sour cream
    1 1/2c shredded reduced-fat colby cheese (6oz)

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 400*F. Spray 9x13-in(3 quart) baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In medium saucepan combine milk, flour, salt, and pepper; blend well. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until bubbly and thickened. In large bowl, combine potatoes, ham, sour cream, cooked sauce and 1c of the cheese;mix well. Spoon potato mixture into sprayed dish. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2c cheese.
    Bake at 400*F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until casserole is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.





    Each Serving 230 cal, 6g fat, 2g fiber
