    3 TBS cajun seasoning mix
    1 TBS all-purpose flour
    1 tsp paprika
    12 oz bonless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    4 med. fat-free flour tortillas
    1/2 sm onions, red thinly siiced
    2 c mixed baby greens, mesclun lettuce leaves
    8 med basil, leaves
    4 tsp fat-free mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp cajun seasoning

    Recipe



    Combine 3 TBS seasoning mix, flour, and paprika. Season chicken with salt and pepper and dredge in seasoning mixture. Coat a large, nonstick pan with cooking spray. Over med-high heat, add chicken to pan and saute until cooked through, about 1-2 mins. per side. Remove chicken from heat and set aside. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning for dressing. On each tortilla, spread 1 tsp dressing, add onion slices, greens, and two basil leaves. Top with chicken pieces (approx. 2 per tortilla) and wrap.
