List of Ingredients
20 oz cooked, shredded chicken breast
1 can Campbell's 98% fat-free Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 c fat-free sour cream
1/2 c skim milk
1 1/2 TBS minced onions
1 can chopped green chillies
6 med-lrg fat-free flour tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
8 oz 2% shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
Cut tortillas into strips and coat with enchilada sauce. Mix together all other ingredients, except cheese. Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with fat-free cooking spray. Layer 1/2 of tortilla shells, then 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat layers. Put cheese on top and bake at 375*F for 30 mins. or until bubbly.
