    List of Ingredients




    6 1/2 oz marinated artichoke heart
    3 whole shallots, diced
    1 c slied mushroom
    16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/2 can fat-free chicken broth
    1/2 c wine
    1 tsp olive oil

    Recipe



    Heat oil in a skillet. Add chicken. Salt and pepper on each side. Cook on each side for 7-8 mins., or until chicken is no longer pink. Drain artichokes and reserve liquid. Add mushrooms, shollots, and artichokes to pan. Cook until tender, about 5 mins. Add broth, wine, and reserved artichoke liquid. Return chicken to pan. Bring to a boil and stir for about 3-5 mins.
