Lemon Pepper Chicken and Broccoli

List of Ingredients
4 uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 c fat-free chicken broth
2 TBS lemon pepper ( more or less to taste)
4 c chopped broccoli
2 TBS cornstarch
1 c waterRecipe
Brown chicken cubes in a pan sprayed with cooking spary. Sprinkle chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. Add chicken broth to the chicken. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 c water, then stir it in to chicken mixture until it thickens. Add chopped broccoli. Cook until broccoli is tender.
