Grilled Beef Fajitas

List of Ingredients
2 med onions, Vidalia, thickly sliced
2 med summer squash, yellow, sliced lengthwise
1 serving cooking spray (5 one-second sprays)
1/8 tsp salt, or to taste
8 oz raw lean flank steak
1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
1/2 c salsa
4 med fat-free flour tortillas Recipe
Preheat grill or grill pan. When hot, grill onion slices until soft and browned, about 5 mins. Coat squash slices with cooking spray, salt them and grill until soft, about 3-5 mins. Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides; grill until cooked throigh, about 3-5 mins. Remove from grill and slice into strips against the grain. To assemble fajitas, put 2 TBS of salsa on each tortilla. Top each with 1/4 of onions, squash and beef; roll up and serve.
