    1 Carbout Flatout
    2 T salsa
    3 oz lean ground beef cooked (cook with chopped onion)
    1/4 c fat-free mozzerella/cheddar mix cheese
    2 T chopped onion

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray flatout with cooking spray and place on cookie sheet, bake for 5 mins. Spread salsa on bread, heat 4 mins. in oven. Place cooked beef/onion mixture on bread, sprinkle 1/2 cheese over top. Bake until cheese is melted. Take out and top with whatever 0 point veggies you want, and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese.
