    List of Ingredients




    2 med russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
    8 tsp light mayonnaise
    1/3 c fat-free ranch dressing
    1/3 c celery, diced
    1/3 c frozen peas, thawed
    3/4 tsp paprika
    8 tsp scallions, chopped(green onions)
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Boil the potatoes for 10-15 until done. Drain and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients and toss well with the potatoes. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
