1 pkg. (12 oz) Velveeta shells & cheese dinner made with 2% milk cheese
2 TBS Kraft light zesty ilalian reduced fat dressing
1 c broccoli florets
1 c red or green pepper strips (about 1 med.)
1 c frozen baby peas
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves or 1 TBS fresh
2 TBS Kraft 100% grated parmesan cheeseRecipe
Prepare dinner as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on med. heat. Add broccoli and pepper; cook and stir 5 mins. or until crisp-tender. Stir in peas; cook until heated through. Add prepared dinner and basil; mix lightly. Top with parmesan cheese.
