    Sausage & Hamburger Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lbs pork sausage (hot)
    • 1 lbs hamburger
    • 1 lb Velvetta Cheese, cut in chunks
    • 6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
    • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Crumble sausage and hamburger in a large skillet and cook until browned
    2. Drain and keep warm
    3. Place cheese in a microwave bowl and melt
    4. Pour all ingredients into the crockpot

    5. Cook on low for 20 to 30 minutes or until very hot and cheese is thinned
    6. Serve with tortilla chips, refried beans, scrambled eggs, or just use as a dip
