    Crust
    1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumb (20 cookies)
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup butter, melted


    Filling
    1 (8.00 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon butter, softened
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup heavy cream, whipped
    grated chocolate (optional) or chocolate cookie crumb (optional)

    Recipe



    Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9 inch pie plate.
    2. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
    3. Cool.
    4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth.
    5. Fold in whipped cream.
    6. Gently spoon into cooled crust.
    7. Sprinkle with chocolate or crumbs if desired.
    8. Refrigerate.
