    Garlic Oven Potatoes

    List of Ingredients




    4 medium potatoes, quartered and sliced
    1 onion, peeled and sliced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
    1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Pepper

    Recipe



    In large resealable plastic bag, shake together all ingredients until evenly coated. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; spread potato mixture out on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 400ºF oven for 45 minutes, stirring after 30 minutes.
