i just want to say that i found a diet that really works well. all that i eat everyday is chicken soup and i have been consistantly droping weight. and not only that, i have become become incredible at cooking chicken soup with various spices. it is always delicious. the trick is to stick with the diet. but it has many health advantages being that it's nothing but vegetables and not a lot of chicken usually 4 wings and when the chicken is gone i can eat as much vegetables as i want and the various spices make them very delicious. the trick is to stick to it. i fail every now and then but then go right back to the diet and my weight is consistantly droping. just want to mention this to people who are trying to lose weight. maybe it might help.
