    Bean Tortilla Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    Simple to fix, pair this with restaurant-style tortilla chips to make a quick snack or addition to any Mexican-style meal.

    List of Ingredients

    2 small cans or 1 large can refried beans
    16 oz. container sour cream
    2 packets Old El Paso (or any brand) taco seasoning
    8 oz. bag (2 cups) finely grated Monteray Jack & Cheddar cheese

    Recipe

    Open cans of beans and spread on the bottom of a glass 9x13 casserole dish. Mix the taco seasoning with the sour cream; spread on top of beans. Top with grated cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate until use. Can be made the day before you want to use it.
