    Grandma's Favorite Cornbread

    1/2 cup peaches, pureed (plus juice to make 1 cup)
    1 package cornbread ready mix
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 cup cooking oil

    Recipe



    Puree the peaches. Set aside.

    Pour the corn bread mix into a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, oil, peaches/juice.

    Beat until smooth but do not over beat. Turn into greased 7x11x2 or 9x9x2 inch baking pan.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 8 or 9 servings.
