List of Ingredients
- 2 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. sliced onions
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. peas
- 1/2 c. rice (raw)
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
Instructions
- (Season with salt and pepper all along the way.)
- Grease a large casserole well and arrange the following in layers: potatoes, carrots, and onions.
- Next layer: crumble hamburger over top.
- Add layer of peas and washed and drained rice.
- Pour tomatoes over top of all layers.
- Cover and bake 2 hours in 300 degree oven.
- If mixture seems too dry, add a little water.
