Cranberry-Orange Chex Mix

3 cups Corn Chex
3 cups Rice Chex
3 cups Wheat Chex
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup dried cranberriesRecipe
Heat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. In large bowl mix cereals and almonds; set aside.
In 1-cup microwavable measuring cup, place butter; cover with microwavable paper towel. Microwave on high 30 to 50 seconds or until melted. Stir in brown sugar and orange juice concentrate. Microwave uncovered on high 30 seconds; stir. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Spread in large ungreased roasting pan.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Stir in dried cranberries. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
